Our standard packages start with 1 connection. However, we offer multi-connection plans allowing up to 5 concurrent streams within the same household.

We accept major Credit & Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, and cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin. All transactions are securely encrypted.

We do not enforce IP locking, and a VPN is not strictly required. However, we fully support VPN usage. If your internet service provider (ISP) is throttling your speeds or blocking IPTV content, we highly recommend using a reputable VPN.

Buffering is typically caused by slow internet, ISP throttling, or a weak Wi-Fi signal. Make sure you have at least 30 Mbps download speed. Restarting your router or moving to a hardwired Ethernet connection usually resolves 90% of issues.

For Standard Definition (SD) channels, a minimum of 15 Mbps is required. For High Definition (HD) and 4K channels, we recommend a stable connection of at least 30 Mbps to 50 Mbps.
